Very comfortable stay and family loved it. Outside pool activies shut down a bit early but overall really good.

It was amazing!

This resort is a favorite of ours! It has so many activities that will keep the kids entertained and very convenient that everything you need is on site. The water areas are wonderful with different age group accommodations. I have four kids, ages 3-11 and each one had a blast.

The staff was very polite and helpful. Every staff member said hello every time we walked by. The indoor water park was a lifesaver bc of the weather. Having activities like the arcade and duck pin bowling were also helpful for when we didn’t feel like going anywhere. The food available was tasty, but there needs to be more restaurant options open late in order to truly be an inclusive resort. Also, the very strong chlorine smell in the enclosed pool area stayed in my nose for hours and burned my eyes. Overall, this resort was awesome. My kids loved it. If we were in Pigeon Forge again we would definitely choose this resort again.

The only place we will stay from now on. Our kids absolutely love it here. Highly recommend a balcony room overlooking the creek.

Everything was great. We opted to check in a little early and paid the $50 for it. It was worth it. One of our beds was broken and they sent maintenance out within 10 minutes to fix it. The breakfast is fantastic and all of the employees are so kind!

The facility staff were exceptionally responsive. We were trying to enter a side door and our key card wasn't working, it was pouring rain and the manager appeared out of nowhere and let us in. There are a ton of things for younger kids to do, the rooms were clean, and the staff was amazing.

Was absolutely amazing! We stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far one of our favorites because of the kid friendly activities and fun rooms, and of course the water park included. Everyone was so nice and great as well!!

The pool was not heated like it said it was supposed to be. The rooms had oder to them some better then other. Breakfast was over price. Not a place for a childless couple. Most everything that is supposed to be available on property is only available on the weekends.

I would stay at this hotel again. The water areas were wonderful, and I love that they only allow hotel guests to use them to minimize crowds. My baby and 5-year-old had so much fun. The staff members were friendly, and the room we had was spacious and very comfortable. I deducted a star because we stayed in a “mountain view” room and unfortunately the view wasn’t worth the extra cost. It overlooked a weird, maybe abandoned (?) house, and another building, with the mountains through a small tree/building opening. Also the 10am check out time is a little rough with kids. But overall we had a good time and would recommend!
