Good location, great breakfast!

Brought a friend visiting from the US midwest up to Victoria from where we live in WA state. First stay here... will not be our last. Staff was great, room was comfortable, free breakfast an easy treat... just really enjoyed ourselves.

Very nice property. Staff was very nice and helpful. In room coffee was actually good as was the complimentary breakfast. Location was an easy walk to the inner harbor and the Canada day fireworks were literally right across the street!

The room update to loft and the design was terrible. The AC didn't reach all the way up to the bed. Had to ask for a fan. No internet to slow connection. Not a secure connection. The shower wasnt working properly. The staff barely clean the room. The breakfast was cold.

We loved the hotel's location. Very walkable and right across from the Blackball Ferry. Our room was huge for our family of four and included a full kitchen.
