The staff was very kind, and the room was quiet aside from the loud refrigerator. I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever in Atlanta.

Overall the room was okay. Didn’t appreciate it when one comforter had blood and the other had yellow- stains. There was also no iron in the room.

What a wonderful property in the heart of Downtown. My go to hotel for conventions every year. Affordable, reasonable, friendly and always a pleasure.

LOTS of sneaky charges. I was charged $45/night for parking but was not told this before making my reservation. Then charged another $30 for something that they couldn’t explain plus my reservation. So I ended up having to pay over $200 EXTRA for my reservation without being told prior to reserving. What if I didn’t have the money? Then I wouldn’t lost my entire reservation that was non refundable. Also, the shower sucks- constant banging in the walls when you run the hot water so don’t expect a peaceful shower. Only good thing was the balcony. I will Never book with Residence Inn again. Not good to their customers.

The rooms were outdated , very dim lighting , no fan in the bathroom, and when taking a shower the floor soaked due to not having the proper siding. Overall, the staff was great and we had a pleasant stay.

Booked a balcony view room and were informed that no balcony views look like the lovely park view pictured. We overlooked a parking lot and the massive Google building but enjoyed the ability to open the doors regardless. Area around hotel is super walkable with tons of restaurants and stuff and a Marta stop a few blocks away. Felt safe roaming around outside both day and nighttime. Would def stay in this area again!

Be prepared to pay an extra $45 a day for valet parking. Valet ONLY and No free/street parking in area. Plus I’m pretty sure they put water softener in their water, so that’s something to consider for sensitive skin conditions. Other than that, spacious one bedroom apartment style hotel room with a nice balcony in the heart of ATL.

All of the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was always delicious and had great options (eggs, bacon, waffles, croissants, cereal, and oatmeal). The gentlemen that runs the breakfast area is amazing and makes sure everything is stocked and will get you a utensil if you forgot to grab one. The room we stayed in was really nice - was great to have a kitchen to do some cooking! A special shout out to the evening receptionist (Persy I think). She made sure we were looked after and gave us recommendations for stores in the area. And went above and beyond and did little photoshoots for us and some other guests when we came back from dragoncon in our cosplays. Thank you for a great stay!
