As hotels in Europe are known to be small, New Hotel Roblin is an exception. I was travelling with a friend (so there were 2 of us) and the Superior Room we booked was quite spacious. Hotel staffs were also friendly and helpful in advising on transporation options as there were strikes when we visitted in December 2019. Pros: - Great for those who love shopping. Walking distance to Rue Saint-Honoré, Rue Cambon, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps. - Walking distance to city landmarks, such as Place Vendôme, Place de la Concorde - If you walk further (~ 20mins), you’ll get to Pont Alexandre III Bridge, Bateaux Mouches (where to can take the Paris River cruise) - Close to Metro station: Madeleine Cons: - Room is quite dark as the room we stayed in had no lights installed on the ceillings. So we only relied on the standing lamps, and those installed above the mirrors on the wall. - Quite a walk to/from the Roissybus station if you are taking the Roissybus to/from CDG airport. Imagine 10 mins walk while pulling your luggages. Despite the cons, overall it was a nice stay and would definitely book here again.

Good location. However the room hotel is very dark and smelly. Especially on level 6, it has a very unique concept but I do not think it is nice. Because it has so many big blocks on the ceiling. However the gentleman on the concierge is very nice and helpful.
