Pretty well for the most part. The rooms are small but clean. Amenities were nice. The bathrooms do not have vents.

The hotel was good overall. My room was clean and had everything i need. Its just i could hear most other rooms opening and closing their doors and just normally talking as if I wasn’t really in an enclosed room. Also, my food was stolen in less than 2 minutes it was delivered to my door. I heard the delivery at my door. I also heard a lady just taking my delivery and immediately a door closing, its possibly someone close to my room. I think the hotel should investigate this and may be not let them to the hotel again, it will just become more nuisance to guests if stuff is being stolen. This happened saturday night around 10.40 pm if that helps looking at any hallway cameras.

They apparently had an “incident” and so we had no choice but to watch ultimate fighting with our kids (vs twins/local baseball game) if we wanted to enjoy the lobby - sweet.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times, always in the renovated side. The non-renovated side isn't quite as nice and the beds aren't as great, but still clean, still quiet.

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great amenities and overall a very relaxing experience. Highly recommend and only downside is the room is small.

Type of customers: first night a gang of 8 or so due to misconduct were asked to leave. Another night at 1:20 am somebody had started fire in second floor and police wake us up to evacuate the building… otherwise the hotel is clean.

We had a fire alarm at 1:15am and didn’t get back in our room until 2:15am, wasn’t hotel fault but didn’t get back to sleep. Air conditioning unit was extremely noisy and tv would only get the 3 major channels.

Extremely rude "manager". I called to figure out why their incompetent staff lied to my face about the charges, & i was told "i have a line of people in front of me & i cant deal with this" while promptly hanging up on me. If you had any sort of business professionalism, you could have politely told me the exact same information & asked if i could call back in 20-30min to resolve the issue. They will charge you twice for the room & refuse to do anything about it. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charges by this hotel due to their negligence, greed, & unprofessional behavior. SHAME ON YOU lady, you should NOT be a manager here.

I like the amenities, however I didn’t like how a staff member policed me over the use of a waffle maker. Which 1. I informed him the maker was dirty and I asked kindly for anti stick spray. 2. Being monitored while eating breakfast after the cook tried to condemn me for using chocolate chips to make my waffles (weird) 3. Ignoring my Goodmorning greeting to acknowledge the cook, he defensively directed me to drop my breakfast voucher in the basket. Like my room is fully funded by me and so is breakfast that was so weird! All the GM did was offer 2k points ($20-$25 value) to shoo me away and a free breakfast voucher ticket. Didn’t even take the time out to write my room number on the card. Gave me a blank one and told me he can’t do anything about the hotel rate. Of course you can’t because it’s been paid for already. Housekeepers are sweet. But I def did not like being harassed and monitored before a long day of work the audacity of that staff member is astronomically high. Especially to a guest that has manners and greets staff. It’s called common courtesy and respect. GM you could’ve done more!
