Good price in an industrial area of Syracuse. What we expected. More than adequate

Bed was very comfortable, AC worked great on a day when it was 92 and overnight in the 70’s

The front desk staff - Ashley was great. They are understaffed. We had to move rooms 3 times ( feces in the toilet, next room had a bathroom that had a light flickering like a seizure with no way to stop it, last room was at the end and the outside door was slamming all night). She did her very best and was so mortified.

Great Breakfast!!! Both parents and kids enjoyed the breakfast thank you . Only thing I think needed some work was we checked in late from traveling and around the hotel parking lot was dark need more outside lighting.

It was very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. And the bed was very comfortable.

Staff is polite, room is clean , breakfast is fine (we came at 08:20 and there wasn’t food we should wait until staff cooks, so if you want to have good breakfast go earlier, there is not so much variety of food like before , general is still good hotel

I liked that the the property was quiet and I could sleep well at night. However, I had to switch the A/C unit off, because it was very noisy. The lady who was on shift at the front desk on Sat., July 26 afternoon, was very disrespectful. I stopped at the desk to ask a question and she was on the mobile phone. She totally ignored me and continued her conversation. After 4-5 min. waiting I gave up and left. One hour later I passed by the front desk and she was again on her mobile phone. On Monday, July 28 while I was still having breakfast, the young lady who was attending the breakfast room started sweeping the floor. The rest of the personnel was fine and professional, but some of the personnel need training in order to work in the industry.

The staff were friendly and towards each other. The room was cleaned and beds made daily..

Really nice stay, breakfast was good and lots of choice. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to resturant for dinner.

The check in took 20 minutes at 1120 pm.... and the bed sheet cover had big black marks like a dirty or greasy boot. Too late at night to get sorted. Check in ruined it for us really. We were tired and had made the booking in advance, if we hadnt - we would have gone up the street

Not happy at all they had a disturbance and is was a domestic. Went on for a hour this was 2:30!in the morning it woke myself and my wife the wife couldn’t get back to sleep I did call the manager and he said there was nothing he could do for me. I definitely won’t stay there again.

Great place

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms that had hard wood instead of carpet and loved it. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Housekeeping kept up with keeping the bed made and the towels stocked . Front desk staff was great! Would definitely stay here again!

The room was consistently damp. The AC worked well to keep it cool, but it made the bed feel damp, as well as my packed items. Housekeeping never came to my room during my 4-night stay. the bottle of body wash in the shower was empty.
