Watch out as the pool seems to be out of order pretty often (I stayed there for ten days and saw it closed at least three times during open pool hours). Also the 5th floor elevator button doesn't work so you can't call it, you either have to be lucky or take the stairs to the fourth. OTHERWISE, I stayed there for ten days and always received excellent service and smiles and hellos from everyone in the staff. Some but not all speak French as well. The included breakfast was basic but had a bit of everything and I love the pancake machine. There was a lot of parking and we successfully parked in the same spot of the covered parking everyday. The rooms were clean and the cleaning was made every day we needed it. The only thing we hoped for was more milker and sugar for the coffee, and more tea variety (there was just the one). When it's opened, pool is heated, and there's a hot tub. The equipment in the gym seemed to work well everyday, and there's a laundry room as well (we hiked in bad weather, it was useful). It's well located to access the main routes like for Banff, and the Calgary football 🏈 team's stadium is right in front.

The lady in front desk assigned a room having a wide big wall in front of the room. There is no view at all thru the window. I rejected it. Then she assigned another room on the other end of the building where there was renovation work carry on. There was just a few cars parked (even in the next early morning) that it should had a lot of room available. A couple check-in later than me had been assigned a room in the middle of the row. Why I was treated in that way??? For breakfast, there was no sausage nor bacon, nor yogat provided which was popular in other hotels.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, great space. Parking lot right to the room access. Public transport very close if you need it. Food court close by.

Everything was so good! Staff was friendly and helpful ! Breakfast was a good start of the day. The pool and hot tub help you relax after a long day. Rooms were clean !

Clean, breakfast was ok, but too many young people (guest) just their way in front of me.

Its our first time visit.Its an amazing stay in Calagary and breakfast is excellant as well.

Everything was very good except they had the parking lot roped off so had to park farther from room

Fitness centre needs little more equipments.Price wise this is an excellent choice. All staffs are excellent.

The parking was safeand convenient right outside our door. The breakfast okay. They had pancakes but no eggs , sausage, bacon or hashbrowns.

Dejeuner repetitif peu varié. Odeurs de tuyaux d'égoûts à certains endroits dans le stationnement. Travaux en cours. Toutefois, personnel serviable et piscine et spa chauds et propres. Chambres entretenues quotidiennement, serviettes propres tous les jours. Ce n'est pas neuf, mais c'est acceptable pour le prix. Très bien situé.

Convenient location, spacious room

Good room but no internet. Room 231 - Perhaps this room is too far from the main building to have proper wifi. I called tech support twice. Each time the support person was not able to resolve but said they would work on it and call back. Neither agent did. I had 5 nights here without in room wifi. Used the main lobby wifi instead (which worked great) but inconvenient. The room was large. 2 queen beds (firm mattress), 1 couch, a full kitchen (with limited plates/utensils). Shower - took 2-3 mins to get hot water. Pool and hot tub in main building looked nice. Breakfast each day, nice light selection of goods. Ample free parking available. The room was quiet which was my main requirement so overall I'm still happy with my stay and would stay again. Do NOT recommend for business travellers. Best suited for families.

Room is large and clean. Breakfast is normal. Staff is friendly. Overall impression is excellent.

It’s a continental breakfast which is just ok. Staff are helpful and approachable. For parking well, first come first serve since we are in a city so public parking is hard to find. Being located near a train station is already a bonus for me. lastly, there are restaurants that are walking distance. This hotel Recommendable to my friends!

Clean, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff. We didn't expect much but we were quite surprised. We came back to a clean room and our stuff were organized. Breakfast is simple but filling and the breakfast lady was helpful and nice. We will be back for sure.
