Nice Property

Great room and staff. Really nice spa services. Alfredo’s and Faro Blanco are great restaurants and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Great diving with Scuba Du, too.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the food is good. The beach is well-maintained, and facilities are readily available. The gym is excellent.

It is luxurious, but also feels like you are in Mexico with thatched roof restaurant and lobby. It is a secluded compound, so we feel really safe. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The people are so kind and the food is really good. The snorkeling with the reef right off the resort is really fun.

The beach, pool, everything was so accessible. Snorkeling at the beach was amazing! Food options were good and we also enjoyed going into town to eat. I was there with my three teenagers.

My wife’s purse was stolen from the room and the hotel didn’t do anything about it

3rd time staying here and always a 5 star hotel. Service is always the best!

The staff was magnificent. Gustavo at Le Cap was a joy to be around. My only complaint were the pillows. Next time I'll bring my own and it will be absolutely perfect.

el colchón viejo, el agua no salía bien y solo salía agua caliente. La llave no funcionaba todo el tiempo. Nos vamos un poco decepcionados del hotel pues en otras ocasiones nos había ido mucho mejor.

This has been one of the best resorts on the island with their own private beach along with snorkeling right on the property. We have been going there for many years with our daughter.

The staff is exceptional!

It feels remote but is close enough to town and shopping. I enjoyed the openness of the lobby, dining and the hallways. It has all the amenities but also a natural feel and I could hear the birds chirping at sundown and sunrise daily. The staff was very accommodating and really tried hard to make you feel welcome. It was my first time in Mexico so I learned a lot that would help me for the next time.

The best beach, you could be in the ocean for hours at a time. We saw fishes, mantarays, barracuda, etc. The vibrant turquoise color is amazing. The rooms were fantastic (we had an outdoor shower and direct access to the beach). The restaurants were top notch . We rented an overwater cabana at Le Cap and was so worth it!
