The front desk staff were amazing - very kind and helpful! There were even fresh chocolate chip cookies in the lobby! My room was comfortable and clean. The bed was also comfortable!

We had a good stay and the staff was great. I would say the only issue was how load the AC unit was in the room when it turned on.

Location was ideal. We found the room was welcoming and bed very comfortable.

A one night stay at a Holiday Inn Express is just supposed be basic lodging. But this place was different. The people at checking were just so nice. The person service breakfast was just so nice. The person who leaned my room was just so nice. It was a wonderful experience. And the breakfast was very very good.

Room was clean . Noisy air conditioning that didn’t work well at all Did not sleep much ! Pretty hot in the room !Sliding door on shower was off track . Great breakfast!

The property is a little dated, but that is ok. The only issue I had was the AC unit was leaking, and the carpet was wet. I called the front desk. They were going to send someone to vacuum it up, but they never showed up.

Very nice accommodations, and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist us with some questions we had, and also with some unexpected transportation issues we were confronted with.

This place has an amazing attentive staff Amber is an 11 out of 10. Sad part was that at front desk they ran out of towels. My neighbors were super loud with super disrespectful with profanity from dusk till dawn. Banging 9on the door and awful to staff

Front desk staff was very sweet and helpful!

The air conditioning was broken on a hot and humid night. Only solution was a fan as windows didn't open more than a crack on the 5th floor. No offer for a discount and unless I had said something it wouldn't have even been brought up.

Excellent stay!

Check-in was easy. The young lady checking us in was friendly and helped us figured out what food joints were open at 9:30 at night.
