Great location. But the staff at the check in were very uninformed and confused about the destination charges

They gave us a handicapped room. We requested a room with an ocean view, twice, and we didnt get one, and they wouldnt let us change rooms. They told us we needed to contact Expedia.

Even though the hotel was under construction while we were there, our inconvenience was minimal. We really liked the central location, giving us plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also really liked being across the street from the beach and having hotel access to the beach chairs and towels.

Great experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Very poor experience. So unfortunate because we were really looking forward to this trip. Here's what happened - the room was not cleaned and the sheets were not washed. How do I know? Because someone else's socks were left in my bed. We called the front desk and they sent someone up. This housekeeping guy did not want to make the bed for us and told is that it wasn't his problem. Um yes it is? Isn't it your job to clean the room? Anyways, the only reason I did not completely lose my mind that night is because a very kind lady, named Lena, was working the front desk and went out of her way to come upstairs and make the bed herself. She was the only positive part of my whole stay there. Other than that, do y'all even clean the sheets? I thought the Marriott was a good hotel chain. Was very disgusted. Oh also we were charged $16.25 2x to my credit card after we left (outside of the $50 deposit). Still trying to dispute this. Maybe don't stay here? Idk good luck tho

It was beautiful. The breakfast sandwich was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Booked this vacation in February. At no time in between booking and arriving were we told of the construction and remodeling that the hotel would be going through. We couldn’t even use the elevator!

Great location for what we were doing and breakfast was great and stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was nice except for the parking rate. $55 a day is expensive!

The new renovation is almost complete. The pool bar area is very nice. Drinks were really expensive, but overall this is a nice hotel at a good price. Clean and very accessible to the beach and dining.

I would love if I was told the property was under construction, but overall I like to stay there

Great area, housekeeping in 4 nights that I stay never show up, restaurant horrible, front deck personal I ask for laundry machine service and they was really bad

Tamira (the young lady) at the front desk was fantastic.

They didn't clean my room, and I had to keep asking for toilet paper, towels, and shampoo. There was no control over the noise from the rooms next door until 3 a.m.

I picked this hotel for the ocean view and nice looking gym. The hotel is under CONSTRUCTION. And the gym is Closed. I DID NOT see anywhere on the website when I picked this hotel about being under CONSTRUCTION. The AC in out room with a beautiful ocean front room was making this loud vibrating noise. 2 times someone come in to fix it. At 11:30pm we were moved to a non ocean view room.

Everything was very clean

We visited the area after my daughter toured Nova Southeastern. We were impressed with the communication about the renovations. The rooms are beautiful and we loved our ocean front view. We found the area easy to navigate and appreciated all the restaurant options. The easy beach access was a huge plus. Beautiful location!

We only had room cleaned 2 times on a 5 night stay we asked to have trash taken away while we went out because of the smell They hung a trash bag on the door and never went inside so the smell of garbage was there all night
