Room was a little beat up.

The staff was very helpful with anything I needed. Debra and Mona were very good at their jobs!

I recently needed to be in this area for business. I had never stayed here before so I knew nothing about the area and chose this hotel based on reviews. Could not recommend it more. Every staff member was kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Fitness center nice. Restaurant and bar onsite was not only convenient but very good.

Great overnight stay only issue is the remote not working for the tv, a little irritating when you check in late with your partner & your on the 4th floor, the last thing you want to do is waste time trying to get the front desk help for a tv.

Hotel was perfect for our short stay! Several restaurants around, some even walking distance!

The staff was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us. The food at the restaurant/bar was very good and the service even better. Our extended family was there for our uncle’s memorial service. The staff did everything to accommodate us and find a place where we could meet and visit after the service. Just wonderful.

We attended a relative’s celebration of life. Employees were outstanding and customer service top notch. Hotel was very accommodating. Could not be happier with our stay.

The restaurant and bar was not open the whole weekend and I assume that it was the pool didn't open on Sunday at all

The pool water was not clear and one day the pool room was literally 90 degress and the next day it was frezxing. The hotel room was average and the staff was friendly

The best part of our stay was that the bed was comfortable. Others in our group said their bed was horrible. Quiet hours and non-smoking rooms are not enforced. Very noisy and strong smell of weed on our floor. Understaffed. Our room was missing bedding and towels. Fairly clean, but could use updates.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Made a simple request to move to adjourning rooms since the hotel was practically empty for our stay. Was screamed at and told repeatedly that I needed to get manager approval to make that change. Staff refused to give manager number when asked.

Good

The hotel looked nothing like the photos. It was rundown behind a boarded up bank and between car dealerships. The main entrance was not obvious. We drove around a couple times to make sure we were in the right place. The rooms need updating and some tlc. The tub handle fell off in our hand and all they would do about it is let us pick a snack from their mini store. We added the breakfast and the options were minimal. We were lucky if there was 1 room on each floor reserved it was like a ghost town inside the hotel. Dont was your money.

I liked the customer service and the breakfast bar. I liked the parking and the bed was really comfortable.
