First-Time Visit Excellence 1. Upon arrival, concierge staff were very quick to assist us with our luggage. Perfect! 2. Check-in was quick but covered all details we booked with imperial benefits. 3. The room on the Imperial Floor was very nice, very well renovated, with very unique furniture. The light control panel was easy to use with curtain open and close functions on the tablet. Room service is available on the tablet too. 4. Shower and toilet were very nice, with very good toiletries. Everything we needed was prepared there. All towels were of very good quality. 5. The water temperature in the shower was excellent. 6. Imperial Floor attendants were very attentive to the care of guests. I'm very happy with it. 7. Mini bars, wine glasses, and water glasses were well prepared. 8. The chocolate in the tray was prepared with surprises. 9. Key card and room door were nice and of real quality. 10. There was no wine opener in the room. 11. Beddings were very nice, soft and clean. Very well slept. 12. Check-out was quick. No need to wait too long. 13. Taxi was easy to catch and available in front of the hotel entrance. 14. Overall stay experience was perfect.

The hotel is cozy and comfortable, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The service is excellent. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. For breakfast, you may need to wait for a table at the Imperial Viking Restaurant, but it is definitely worth it. The food is delicious with a wide variety of options. Room service is excellent. The hotel is close to the station, with plenty of taxis available and a limousine bus that goes directly to the airport. Everything is easily accessible from here.
