The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a good location. But, they have sex stores all around the hotel.The staff is not very friendly and the beds are really hard so if you have a bad back you probably should not stay here. One of the elevators was broken so it took me like 15 mins to get 2 floors down with suitcases. . we did order a cappuccino from the restaurant and I just have to say I will give it a one. I do have to say there was a lot of restaurants near by.

This hotel is in a great location, near the Grand Palace and Brussels Nord station, making it perfect for short trips. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Staff provides excellent customer service.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, room was very clean, great location. I originally booked a room for one night but ended up staying three nights. I would definitely stay here again.
