Clean and updated, nice stay.

Nice and well kept for the most part. The bathroom and shower doors as well as the toilet didn’t work properly. Also when we went to check in the person at the desk wasn’t busy it seemed but said for us to give them a minute and went to the back. We waited for a bit and then walked around the property for a bit. When we came back someone came rob the back after a few minutes and got us set up.

Extremely long walk to our room for older people. The hotel is U-shaped with VERY LONG hallways & only 1 elevator on site

Great location! Nice, clean hotel, wonderful staff!! This is our second time staying here and we have been pleased with our visit both times!

I feel safe and feels like I’m home.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. We were particularly impressed with the hotels cleanliness. The bed was also extremely comfortable.

The property appears new. Everything was clean. We were there to.visit child at Marist. It was a short drive. It would have been appreciated if there was free coffee available.

Middle of nowhere but nice

The desk clerk processed my check-in very quickly after a long day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing was that when I booked the room I didn’t realize that it didn’t include breakfast. When my husband went to the cafe to get us breakfast it cost $33.20 for 2 breakfast sandwiches, a regular coffee and a cup of tea. The next time I would go to Dunkin Donuts for half the price.

Hotel & room very nice & clean with friendly, helpful staff. Only complaint was food & coffee. Lobby bistro food was terrible! No free coffee other than little coffee maker in room which did not look clean. Had to buy Starbocks coffee from lobby bistro. Everything else was great.

Great hotel!

The gentleman that checked us in also was around at the time we needed help using our cardkey to get in our room. He was very friendly and helpful!

This is only my second time staying at this Courtyard by Marriott, and in spite of always having a great experience, I remain somewhat surprised that the service was even better. Seriously, every Marriott employee is a super star rock star of EXCELLENT customer service. The customer service I received at this Marriott in December, 2024 was at an 11, and this time around, it was at 111. Even I could not believe that the customer service could get even better, but that is exactly what happened. Keith was even more professional, friendlier, more attentive and genuinely interested in giving great customer service, and both Joel and the other employees went above and beyond to make my short business trip stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, and they all did just that. Although I shall have not any business at Locust Grove Estate until this December, 2025, I honestly cannot wait to return to this Marriott.
