Cute boutique hotel, Clean room, Friendly and helpful front desk. No a/c-- but maybe was just not available in the Spring. We kept the windows open but unfortunately, their was lot of street noise outside our window. The room is quite small for two single travelers, but the neighborhood is fantastic and we would stay their again.

This hotel is in the perfect location! We stayed in the executive suite and it was so beautiful and comfortable, with amazing views. The staff was so wonderful, bilingual, helpful, and welcoming. They even froze our French butter that we were taking home for us. 10/10. Will be back!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of St. Germain. Sanjay greeted us and went over lots of fun entertainment options. Room was spacious and very clean. Would love to stay here again when we next visit!

Staff very helpful and informative about local stuff. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint is they don't offer A/C in february apparently. Theyre only on heat mode. I had a very hard time sleeping because of constant heat flashes and having to open windows and get out from under the sheets. Then cold again, back under sheets, rinse and repeat. They should allow people the option of using AC even in the winter months.

Great location but terrible staff. Cappuccino arrived cold, used towels were taken but not replaced, sane with bathrobes, trash not changed every day…

excellent hotel, great location

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the heating system: in midwinter it only blows hot air, so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when we arrived. Because the hotel sits on a lively street, opening the windows to cool down the room meant dealing with noise. The soundproofing is superb when the windows are shut, but you can’t have both a cool room and a quiet one at the same time. Still a great hotel overall, but travellers who are temperature-sensitive should be aware of this if visiting in winter.

We’ve stayed several times and the incredibly friendly staff are always why we come back. The rooms are wonderful too and the location cannot be beat but the amazing staff (Marie and crew) are simply top notch and always fun!

Wonderful and Friendly

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.

This hotel has style

Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is very nice / well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)

Staff was excellent, amazing location as the hotel is right on Rue de Buci where there are lots of restaurants and cafes.

Such a great experience. The staff was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating the moment we arrived. The bed was so comfortable! The toiletries in the room felt and smelled so good. The hotel is also in such a great location. Loved the hotel, staff and area!

Greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff. I cannot praise the staff enough. Rooms were very clean, comfortable bed, great A/C, and nice shower. Room size was smaller compared to USA rooms, but served its purpose. Spacious lobby if you want to sit and visit. Complimentary, still, sparking water, and Nespresso available in the lobby 24 hours. Location was great for us.
