The pool was not in service due to maintenance but did not state that on website ir say anything upon check in... I had to mention it... I was offered to use their sister hotel pool but tyat was 11minutes away and was not going to drive my 12year old back and forth- the pool was the reason we chose this hotel and the price...

Very old un renovated building. It waa grimey covid stickers still on floor. Damp bed half used amenities still left in bathroo.

This was a disappointing country inn and suites. needs much updating and new pillows

Staff was very friendly and let us use a pool at another property because theirs was under repair

I was given a room that had not been cleaned after a previous guest. The attendant was quick to find me a proper room. The check in took longer than usual as the process did not complete due to some computer complication but eventually was handled. The room was very nice and was stocked with things that a traveler may need. I would suggest a bath anti slip mat however as it was slippery and a fall could happen. The breakfast had a wide variety of items. All was good except the eggs and sausages were cold in places. All the other things were fine. Staff was very nice and worked to make my stay pleasant. Room was very nice and quiet.

It was close to where I needed to be, but it is rundown and in need of updating. The carpet in the halls and my room were quite worn and stained. The bed was lumpy, the pillows flat. Breakfast was not the best, and there was no fresh fruit, not even a banana. The pictures online look nothing like the real thing. The desk clerk was very nice and the lobby/breakfast area were pretty clean. I will never stay there again though.

The online ad for this property looked amazing and we get there it’s old and dirty looking pool was down and rooms were old outdated musty smell carpet has coating had to keep shoes on. For what I paid I could have paid a lil more and got a way nicer property drove 2.5 hours and hotel was very disappointing

Good nights stay. Was dissapointed the pool was closed. Not sure for what reason but was hoping to take a swim..

We found the facilities to be in very poor condition. Excessive Wear to Flooring and bathroom damage in our room and in common areas. Staff ESL, friendly but difficult to understand. Found dust and crumbs around the television and the bedding was torn and lumpy. Definitely going on my “Never Again” list!

Pool was unavailable with no warning , fire alarm was set off at 6 A.M and woke everyone in the hotel up. Other then that it was ok but the overall experience was poor because of those two things

The hotel was “run down” under construction, the room was smelly like pet pee, the ac unit barely worked. The bathroom was dirty. The pool was closed yet was told they had a working pool.

The pool was closed. The room was clean but very worn and the sheer churning was torn into shreds. Only stayed one night. Breakfast area was ok nothing special.

Should've known better. Then, I saw the dreaded sign that said...Country Inn & Suites by Radisson this location is independently owned and operated. We tried. Got keys went to room. Before entering room, smell weed, and dogs start barking from multiple rooms. The comforter on the bed was lumpy and did not look clean. Everything was old, broken, and dirty. The toilet didn't flush. I didn't even want to put my bag down. I quickly booked a room elsewhere. Went down to the lobby told them the issues, they said they would switch our room, and I said no. Told him we wanted a refund and would not stay there. Do not stay here. I should clarify. If you don't mind dirty hotels, like to smoke weed, have your barky dogs with you, and enjoy living in squalor stay here. Bonus, they have free breakfast. I'm sure their kitchen is as clean as their rooms. I wouldn't eat there unless I was looking to get dysentery.
