Nice and cheap

It was a good experience. They have everything you need for your stay.

I appreciated being able to check-in early, that helped my schedule a lot. The price was extremely reasonable. The hotel has that "old hotel" smell, and the towels were horrible. Other than that, all was good.

No shampoo. Towels dirty, stain on one bed lucky the other was ok we went and brought sheets and a blanket I never trust hotel bedding any way.. also ac smelled like boo-boo lucky the nice lady had air freshener at the desk. We was tired and didn’t have time to find anyone. After driving 17 hours.. and if you travel with pets they have a section that just for family with animals. The barking of dogs is not the problem cause we have two it the unwelcoming smell of cats and whatever animal in the hallway but the exit going to where the dogs use the bathroom.

room temperature hot … towels old and dingy …no elevator….room size was comfortable

had a late night check in and there was someone there as soon as we arrived. this is always nice to have someone there as soon as you arrive and dont have to wait for someone. check in was fast and easy- thanks

Everything was really clean

There was only one night stay March 29-March 30. I paid $61 for the stay. Did the hotel provide another stay or another room ? Please provide the room number and details, My ID (N, Jefferson TX = xxxx2000) was stolen. If anyone books a reservation and/or cancels please call 8322645494, Check to verify the person. There are some stays missing as well

Stuff was rude would've let the kids play outside told us my kids was to loud would never stay here again

Front Desk Guy Made Check In Very Easy Room Was Very Clean Bed Was Comfy Loved It Was Dog Friendly

Waiting over 2 hours to receive a fresh set of towels and wash clothes had to chase down house keeping asked for towels and wash clothes at 7 am did not receive until 11:30 Have to put in a request to hav room clean not done on daily bases

I never got to stay at the hotel. I tried to contact the hotel and request can my date be changed as I’m traveling to Houston in March, and there was no response. I use hotels.com frequently and the only reason that I did not stay was because I had a death in the family. I lost points because no one would respond to me from the hotel. I thank the representative who tried to assist me, but just disappointed in the lack of response from the hotel.

Overall stay was good.

No one said anything about a deposit per room. But other than that it was great.

Industrial behind hotel. Constant back up beeping from machines. Hotel was real low rent. Didn’t like it.

I had a 4 hour wait between booking and checking in. I’m a gold member and I don’t think I’ll ever book with this hotel again
