It was fine for two nights. Nothing fancy. Didn’t have enough staff but the front desk staff did their best and were helpful.

Nice staff, easy check in and out. Comfortable beds, roomy. The only dislike was the furniture had a strange odor. Mention it to staff while checking out and he said we would definitely check into it. We only stayed overnight but would stay again.

Everything was perfect

I did not like that the security officer bothered my friend/guest whom was visiting me during my stay. They had no right or reason to accuse them of doing anything wrong. For that reason I will never be back to this location.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very outdated and needs maintenance. We were on the second floor and the noise was incredibly loud. The room doors practically slam themselves shut. So that was what we heard both nights all night long. None of the “complimentary” toiletries were available that I happened to forget. Breakfast staff was rude and not friendly. Housekeeping staff came to our room at 9am Checkout wasn’t even until 11. They were unable to communicate as they didn’t speak English. I’m assuming to clean? But it’s pretty rude to just start going room to room without knowing if people are gone or not. Our DND was on. Breakfast ran our quickly without many restocks.

We came to Columbus to see a concert. Didn’t spend a lot of time at hotel. But it was clean and beds were comfortable
