Lovely accommodations ruined by very noisy guests arguing all night in a room nextdoor. The adjoining door styles are not at all sound proof.

Balcomo, a Ramada by Wyndham is a nice hotel overall. The sauna and outdoor cold plunge are a great touch, and it’s very convenient if you’re traveling with a pet. However, our room could definitely use an update. With some renovations, it would make the stay much better.

Room clean and they cleaned it properly during our stay( vs. the modern no cleaning during stay and still using Covid as the excuse used by many properties) Staff was quick and efficient. Although the property claimed coffee in public areas I didn’t see any in the rear main building, however it may have been in the main lobby. Hot tub, cold plunge pool and sauna all clean and look very nice.

Room was clean, quiet and the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

The new wellness area is so relaxing and calm. Rooms are great, bed was comfy and the location is great!

Check in was easy, rooms were very clean! The beds and pillows were amazing. Bathroom was big and had a large corner tub. Excelle t food at the Local Eatery connected to hotel.

The room was spotless and the view was good too my wife really like it

The property overall is amazing, restaurant on site, new spa amenities are amazing, indoor hot tub and cold plunge, and beside Wellness Center is outdoor traditional sauna, inside wellness Center is a fully equipped Yoga Room, as well separate area for relaxation and wellness, variety of teas offered, and amazing chairs and loungers....First Class Wellness Center.

Staff very friendly and clean hotel

Great hotel if you have a dog, the grounds are all fenced in and perfectly kept. 5 minute walk to the SOEC, and pub on site has great food and service. Will stay here every time we come to Penticton.
