Hot water didn’t work for 2 out of the 3 days I was there. They took 3 1/2 hours of arguing with the manager to be able to cancel the rest of my stay and be reimbursed

No hot water, said hot water tank would be fixed later in the weekend when I would be gone. Manager refused refund. Expedia customer service refused refund. Will never book with Expedia again

This location is very old and quite run down. Staff have strange policies and instead of helping guests it seems like you’re supposed to support the staff. Not impressed. On a positive note the bed was quite comfortable.

Amazing stay.

Wonderful location and I felt safe and secure

The property is very clean and meticulously taken care of. The staff are friendly and the location is great.

Welcoming environment, good location. Parking would be the only negative.

Parking spaces were small and the lot wasn’t very big so difficult to park, room was not very well clean found quite a few item left behind from other guests, pull out couch was broken so couldn’t use, repeatedly asked front desk and housekeeping for towels and never got them. Breakfast was limited and only got $5 dollar voices off pre made items so would have to pay extra and no selection. Would not stay again.

Breafast was made fresh, though I do think the bacon was precooked. Owner is very accommodating to making sure all orders are as personalized as possible. Great hot/iced and cold beverage choices on the menu though no juice offered. Room.very clean, plenty of towels and toiletries supplied. Extended stay was handled efficiently even though I had done so through Hotel.com and not through front desk directly. I didnt use the parking lot, however noticed how well lit the site is, as is the lot. entrance. The parking lot is patrolled hourly 24/7. On site laundry is currently 3.25 /load, to wash or dry. Note "Delicate" cycle on washer is warm water, so not really happy with that. Maytag maxhines, so lots of cycle choices. No vending machines, some choices at front desk and just off lobby, which were in my experience spendy . I do see limited space on room floors though perphs relace coolers with machines and have 1 beverage and 1snack in lobby might be a way to go. Also rather the pod coffee maker a universal hot water heater for all hot drinks...something enjoyed at many Wyndham hotels

This stay was booked in error by over 1 month, immediately after booked, tried to cancel and they would not even look into it or offer another date. I was dealing with Expedia and the Hotel direct, and they just accused each other for the issue. I would NOT ever use either service again as to me it is pure theft.
