The hotel is conveniently located. Price isn’t bad. They do not offer daily housekeeping. I asked twice to get some hand soap and shampoo and we never received it. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Staff didn’t speak English that I could understand Ice machines not working No bathroom working at entrance Included breakfast was a McMuffin which I expected for the price of the room to be a buffet breakfast For what we got at your MOTEL would have been acceptable if the price of the room was $40 PARKING LOT WAS EMPTY NOW I KNOW WHY WE WILL NOT BE STAYING AT YOUR MOTEL EVER AGAIN

I have good experience of staying in other Quality Inn locations but the experience with this particular location was terrible even on soap/shampoo etc for taking shower which was informed to front desk with pictures.

Girl at reception was very nice and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spacious and quiet and bed was comfortable. Good value for money and will definitely return. City construction is a nuisance but not the fault of the hotel.

Nice room, friendly staff. Surroundings a bit sketchy, and road construction is causing major headaches.

We tried to stay here. The roads are all blocked off around the property for construction. Couldn't find anywhere to park or where the front door to the hotel was. Contacted hotel and was told to park in their lot across the street which meant walking with my young children and our belongings around the construction, and try to find the front door. Asked for a refund so we could find somewhere more accessible and family friendly to stay and they refused. When contacting the front desk, the person working asked me to hold and put the receiver down. I listened to him for half an hour check in people who I watched walk past me on the street and talk about football with my crying toddler in the backseat. All around, terrible experience. Maybe when the construction is cleared up it would be ok but not worth the headache right now.

Went to hotel with no information about parking, spent 20 mins finding a spot to park and was then told they charge 15 dollars for parking on top off room charge, hotel is dirty and very unclean, not a good look for quality inn

Unsafe Dirty property. Overcharged my credit card. Learn from my mistake and avoid this property.

I like that the rooms are spacious. I don't like that there's dust in and stuff in the corners

The Roads are all blocked off. Definitely not the hotels fault but the receptionist was super rude upon check in. Refused to cooperate in any sort of way. We requested early check in, but was un accommodating in every bit of the conversation. Was very difficult to enter, and the hotel was gloomy/dirty.

Decent enough stay. Hotel was surrounded by construction and the front desk host wasn’t very personable. Good price for a good room though.

Great place but right now a lot of construction so not an easy check in.

The hotel was swarming with uncontrolled group of kids running in the halls all night. We had to carry our luggage to our room as there were no carts. The front desk told us they have 3 of them but the parents of the uncontrolled kids kept them in their rooms all weekend and did not do what your suppose to and unload and return to front lobby. This was not t h e hotels fault but i think more should have been done to have them returned.
