Shuttle drivers were fantastic! Super friendly bartenders pouring yummy complimentary drinks. Great room!

No shampoo in tub area. Smoke smell. Worn out couch. Breakfast was a 5–used to be a 10

The all you could eat breakfast buffet was great, however for as much as the room itself cost, I expected so much more from a “Hilton”! Also charging a $15.00 “Parking” fee for A parking lot that is not even gated or patrolled by security is beyond ridiculous! And the suit room was two double beds, which were beyond hard. I paid less to stay in a Holiday inn express and am so far way happier! Pretty sad!

The kids had a blast. All of the staff were nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very nice. Thank you.

We like the big breakfast, though it has diminished in quality from where it used to be. The only thing that sets it apart from other hotel breakfasts now is being able to have your eggs the way you want them.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with made to order omelets and pancakes. However the property is dated and not in the best shape. Bedding and towels had stains.

I like the Embassy suites brand. Most are outdated and 1 of the 2 elevators were not working.

Loved the building and breakfast. Would give 5 stars but the beds were not in good shape. Can't ignore the basics.

I'm a fan of all Embassy Suites. Decent price at a great facilities. Staff is always kind and helpful!

Atmosphere

This is a great place to stay. The front desk receptionist was a bit rude but it was ok. Maybe she was just having a tough day. Otherwise my wife and I love this hotel for our stays in KC.

The building is tired and not well maintained. The suite we stayed in was pretty gross. For example, the carpet had multiple stained spots, the bathroom was not clean, the sofa bed cushion had a rip in it. We had only 2 sets of towels. The pool water was cold and small bits of something floating in the water. The grounds surrounding the property was full of trash everywhere. It was just gross.

The room was very gross and dirty. Peeling toilet seat, clogged tub, thick webs in the corner. The entrance to the hotel was very dirty as well. Rug needed to be vacuumed, entrance needed to be swept. It was very uninviting and we left early and did not stay the night. The staff was nice and accommodating, but the propery was disgusting. However, upon checkout, the lady at the front desk didn't bother to ask about the stay.
