The staff in the restaurant her name is Karolina , by her great service accommodating me as a vegan :) she went above and beyond It made my experience on the hotel more relaxing and welcomed Thanks Karolina

Good hotel. Breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. Easy parking though you have pay a small fee per night.

Parking fee was expensive compared to hotel room prices

Room clean, bed and bedding very comfortable. Hire located close to public transport. Lifts were „playing up” a bit but it’s three of them so no „biggy”. Gym adequately equipped (but, let’s face it- just to cover basics - if you’re crossfitter - it will not meet your needs 😄), staff friendly.

Great rooms very spacious, excellent mattress! Lovely hotel, however the bar never seemed to fill the pint glass when ordering a beer. Would stay again, lovely breakfast as well.

Nice rooms. Comfy enough and very clean. The swimming pool and gym however, were too small and crowded. The location was good and close enough to different attractions.

The hotel is clean, air conditioning was not cooling as supposed to , staff was not helpful, i had to take my bags upstairs on my own

The front office staff were not smiling always busy with the screen in front of them instead to greeting and smiling at customers

When I arrived it was a weird vibe from front desk. Instead ask me for name I was charge like it was not under mine name reservation. Front desk receptionist were just official not really friendly. I would aspect more info for tourists side off Krakow. It was more business hotel not tourist. Confort,cleaning service aswell as restaurant absolutely amazing.

Two double beds were good and room was clean. Coffee was excellent. Unexpected parking fees were very high.
