Unfriendly front desk, no parking

Fine considering the situation of the Euro games going on that day, but wifi was terrible and they only let 2 devices be connected at once. Also bathroom had bad sewage smell from the drain I think.

Hotel is in ok condition. Staff is nice, with the exception of one lady in restaurant, which is so rude and disrespectful on treatment of the guests. Rooms are a little old, not air condition available. In family rooms, they don’t offer queen beds for families, just offer two single beds and a very hard sofa bed. Parking is very convenient and secure. Restaurant is great, food is good.

This is a very nice and updated hotel away from the city center. They have a wonderful buffet breakfast and an on site garage. The pleasant surprise was a complimentary tram ticket for the entire family so that we could get to the city center. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Pleasant staff, spacious room, located close to tram stop. Would benefit from air conditioning

Checking was efficient, even with social distancing in place. We stayed in a comfort room, which was well equipped, &well kept. The balcony was roomy enough to sit out on , it overlooks the courtyard when there are some of the restaurants tables, and the back gardens of other blocks in the square. Decent sized mugs for making a cup of tea (not little espresso cups), only downside is they only provided coffee creamer not milk. There is a convenience shop around the corner and the room does have a fridge -so one carton was adequate for our stay. It situated in a quiet residential area, so not much nearby , but the tram line is only a block away, and they provide a pass for public transport that lasts for the duration of your stay. So not much problem there. We will definitely return as its not to far from where some our family live, so making a convenient base to stay when we visit.

The hotel is clean, the staff is polite, but the location was les desirable. Parking was hard to find unless you paid them €9 per night and there wasn’t much for food in the area.

A lovely old German building within 5 minute slow walk to the tram stop or Sbahn station. Recommended.

Great location for us. The free public transportation was a nice feature we took advantage of. No air conditioning in room, but we didn’t need it because the evenings were very pleasant.

WiFi was a pain. Staff nice and helpful. Parking easy.

I stayed for four nights and got, booked a double room, got a single. Got a room right next to the elevator, which is really noisy. Also no air conditioning. Room was right above the street entrance, so noisy at times. All up I recommend to avoid such a room. Otherwise very clean and pretty place. You get a free bus/tram ticket which is very handy.

Amazing staff, they gave me an executive suite because they were out of standard rooms.I also liked how dark the rooms were.

This is s good normal hotel in a suburban / edge of town location. It's clean and well run, and accessible by train and tram but not walking distance to town centre or main areas of activity.

Nice. Great breakfast. A bit out of town, but you see that on the map.

Great deal Overall, take a tAxi to the location then return to town via S-Bahn. The hotel gives free tickets and the station is right around the corner. No free coffee and BF is expensive.
