Was great for a nice getaway

The staff were friendly and answered our questions nicely.

Have stayed there many times before! Always reliably clean, good service, central to downtown, excellent parking!

Liked: Excellent housekeeping staff, comfortable rooms, windows that open, comfortable beds, central location. In-room storage and lighting Didn’t like: Access from top level parking inconvenient, ramp too steep, didn’t feel safe

All was good. High crime area of downtown.

Nice enough hotel but the parking was out in the open and downtown PG has lots of not great people walking around. I didn't have an issue though so take what I say with a grain of salt

I was surprised the heat was turned off in April (snow still on the ground) they gave us an electric heater, which worked. I would caution against a room ending in 02, as the elevator shaft is in the room, and quite noisy.

Overall good experience

Didn’t like the parking. Our truck wouldn’t fit onto the second floor and had to park further away from the main doors. The “main” parking lot was always full and our truck couldn’t fit on the second floor and the underground parking.

Nice rooms, clean and quite comfortable. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent, great food and really nice staff. Have stayed here many times. One of the nicest features they have is the “bidets” in the rooms, a great feature which I wish more hotels would adopt . My only complaint was the shower/tub drain appears to be somewhat clogged - normal shower had me standing in 3” of water for the duration. Took about 5 mins to drain. And I like the temperature in my room cool, so I turned down the thermostat …. didn’t do anything, in fact it was 22 when I adjusted it, and it was 26 in the morning, way to warm. Made for an uncomfortable sleep. I mentioned both of these items to staff member at lobby desk. I like to think they will both be rectified.

A great place to stay with two restaurants on site and another 3 minutes away. The front desk staff are really helpful.

Front desk person was very welcoming and knowledgeable.

A nice convenient place to stay with a few dining options close by.

Overall cleanliness was good. Have stayed there numerous times and would not hesitate to stay there again. Staff is always helpful and courteous.
