Perfect location, lovely staff, very clean room. Would definitely stay again!

The staff here are friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. We stayed for 8 nights and had a great time. They even let us check in early after a long overnight flight from Canada. I was thrilled. It is located at right in the middle of the city and was very easy to get around. Loved it and highly recommend! They even gave me a birthday surprise. amazing hotel.

Everything was perfect

We booked the hotel for it's prime location and were glad we did. Breakfast, service at reception, and all aspects in general were wonderful

Great check in. Great location. But…bathroom had slight sewage smell and very uncomfortable bed. Sagged on my side.

A stone away from shopping and site seeing

Well located! It’s clean, friendly staff. The biscuits in the reception are delicious. 2 restaurants on site. The only thing is that they don’t provide you any bottled water.

Beautiful hotel

We were so pleased we stayed here. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, and spoke great English. The location is excellent - right beside St Stephen’s Cathedral and a underground stop just outside. We could walk to many of Christmas markets from here. The breakfast was really special - full range of cooked, continental, pasteries, cake and even fresh honey. We couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved that it is right next to St. Stephens. Also the location worked well when my wife needed to get an outfit for a dinner event. The shopping stores are right there too. Perfect location. Definitely would stay here again.

Hotel was located in the heart of Vienna with an amazing view of St Stephen’s cathedral from the rooftop bar and the staff was wonderful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. You can purchase concert tickets at the front desk. Location of this hotel is in old town close to everything. I was there a week and plan to stay there again in the future.

We have stayed here many times before and hope to have the pleasure to do so again many times in the future. Located right by the spectacular Stephansdom church with an Ubahn station just steps away, this is the perfect place to stay to enjoy everything.
