room for expedia (my reservation) was a nice room as advertised, however it was located in a poor location by the door headed to the parking lot. i’m getting the impression the 3rd party purchasers get the least favorable accommodations

Great

Room smelled like smoke, tv did not work, toilet kept flushing by its self, had to switch rooms, new room has hair on bathroom floor, towels had hair in them. 10/10 will not return, or recommend any one to stay there.

The property was gorgeous! I love the fire pit outside and the staff were so kind. There’s also a lot of great food places nearby. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice clean

Every single person had outstanding customer service. We stayed there for 12 days because my husband was having surgery. They were so accommodating, kind, caring and went above and beyond the entire time. Lauren at the Pub, Makayla, Lindsey, John, Roberto were outstanding. We have to come back a couple times in the near future & I can’t wait! The grounds are beautiful, clean and private. Inside is squeaky clean & smells so good. They have Starbucks and breakfast menu for morning. However if you aren’t there by 9am you won’t get coffee ☕️ or breakfast. That’s a downfall. Pub opens at 5pm. Yummy food, wine and cocktails. They have nights where they do s’mores, walking taco night, ice cream sundae bar and etc. wonderful seating areas. Pictures doesn’t do this beautifully done hotel justice. Thank you everyone.

The property was nice over all but my car was hit and there nothing that could be done.

Nothing really in walking distance. Bathrooms need a makeover but clean.

Very easy check in and ckise to everything we need.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Beds were super comfy and the rooms were clean. But the showers have no water pressure.

The furniture was old and dirty. Hotel was over $400 a night and in a very commercial area. No restaurants close by.
