Perfect location

Best hotel we stayed so far

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff right in the middle of the city. Would recommend to anyone.

The Bristol Palace Hotel was a great place to stay in Genoa. It is well-located to shopping, restaurants and cultural/historical places. We walked to the train station about 10 minutes away. The hotel is a hidden gem with an elegant feel. The room and bathroom were comfortable and the breakfast was fabulous. The staff, especially Matteo, were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend the Bristol Palace Hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location. The only thing that was not correct is that air conditioning was not functioning!! They said they hadn’t turned it on for the season yet which not acceptable for such a beautiful hotel.

Wonderful property. Easy walking distance to town. Center. Many restaurants and stores. Staff was excellent. Room was high with many amenities. Highly recommend it. Our doorman Davide was so helpful gave great information also.

Great location and great staff

This was our second stay. The interior of the hotel is gorgeous. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the Brignole train station.

Best hotel experience I have ever had! Amazing location, very walkable, able to get to all parts of the city easily. From the hotel porters, the front desk staff, the bar tenders, the restaurant, the service was impeccable. Beautiful rooms with great design, robes, bathrooms. I would return to Genoa to stay here.

The staff were super helpful and attentive. The restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet. We actually returned for another night because of a train strike.

Wonderful location, great staff! Hotel is practically a museum, very clean and updated with all necessary items as per actual requirements Restaurant is great, worth to try it once in Genoa. We definitely visit again soon.
