Everything was great!

The room was comfortable as was the bed. I slept well. The breakfast was also tasty and provided a good start to each day of my stay.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Nice touch with fresh cookies available each night. Free breakfast is awesome - especially when you need to eat quickly before heading out to compete in a sports event. Bedding is very nice. Pool and spa were great! They also provide bell carts which is very helpful. Well lit parking lot. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Kind staff and ultra clean rooms

Check in was great, the place smelled clean and the front desk clerk was nice. We checked out a day early due to change in plans. The lady at the front desk said she would make a note to let Expedia know the refund for the unused night is approved, so we were happy and relieved. However, I just got a message that now the hotel denied it, so that is very disappointing.

Pleasant staff that really took an interest in making sure that my stay was comfortable and hassle free. The room was spotless and the queen size bed was great. I got one of the best nights sleep on it. For me, that is high praise because I usually toss and turn on hotel beds. An overall great stay.

It is fine for a basic hotel. As expected.

Elevator was down the 2nd mourning. Power was out the 3rd morning. Other than that it was good

This is a good and straightforward choice at this price point. Better than the Best Western on the other side of the mall. The breakfast was a bit wanting but again at this price, not bad. Glad to have stayed here. I would come back.
