Staff was nice, property was clean and maintained

There was a power outage, but the staff did the best they could to make everyone comfortable. Loved the pool. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. I would stay here again.

We had a late check-in and of all the places I've stayed in the last 10 years, no one asks for the make/model/license plate #. Due to limited parking, we had to park far from the main entrance. The initial instructions for parking near our room involved us going through a major construction zone, which we did not do. We, instead, traversed through the building. This facility has "ZERO" elevators.

Decent, safe place for overnight stay. Bed, pillow comfortable and clean

I did not eat at the sports bar but the tacos looked very good. I did have some drinks there and they were very reasonably priced.

Enjoyed my stay very much and location was convenient. Staff was helpful and super friendly. I would stay again.

Staff was so friendly, they had popcorn in the lobby for us, a cookie when we checked in, and the pool was nice also.

We got the suit and the toilet was really long walk from the bed and the shower has no shower gel and conditioner

Nice property, I'd stay again

Older property, renovated, but not very well maintained. Bathtub was very slick - too slick for taking a shower. It had marks where it previously had traction strips, but they had worn off. Also, tub did not drain water well. When checking in, there were very few pet-free rooms - only on second floor without elevator. For those of us with allergies (or who don't wish to stay in a carpeted room where pets stay), you need enough pet free rooms that there are options on the first floor.

All the outlets were taken up by lamps and other things. You had to unplug something to plug in the microwave or charge a device. More outlets would have helped me a ton. Other than that, please keep the young lady who was there the evening of my stay. I forget her name, but what a kind and polite person. Not enough of those anymore at jobs like that, and it changes the entire mood of the stay when people are kind. Let's face it...it's not a blast staying someplace other than home, but a kind smile and a polite, yet professional demeanor really makes a difference. Clean, comfortable, and a great breakfast!

Nice hotel. Comfy bed. Hot showers. Very nice staff. A little smoky smell in the rooms.

It was pretty clean and comfortable. The only issue I encountered was that the TV did not work, but I was only there for one night.

Room is nice, aside from the water noise coming from the room above us, good location, pet deposit somewhat unreasonable, but i get it. Reastraunt leaves a lot to be desired. We were lucky to get anything at all. Not real happy for the $$ spent.
