The room was not quite what we expected from a Sheraton. It looks like the hotel as a whole needs an upgrade. The only part that looks renovated was the lobby. The rest looks shabby and in need of improvement. Specially the bathroom.

The drain in the bath tub was slow due to chunks of previous guests' hair, which was disgustingly unpleasant.

La habitación no alcanzaba el nivel de calidad como se espera experimentar en un hotel de la cadena Sheraton. Los empleados son muy formales y amables, el lobby muy lindo pero lo demás bastante gastado y viejo.

I stayed at the Sheraton in Bariloche, and overall, it was a good experience. The cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities were in good condition. Both check-in and check-out were quick and without issues. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a good variety and quality of products. The room I stayed in had some aspects that could be improved: the furniture and TV felt a bit outdated, and the lighting was quite intense and spot-focused, which wasn’t ideal for taking photos. Aside from that, I really enjoyed the relaxation room with lounge chairs, offering a beautiful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the sunsets—definitely a nice touch. Overall, a pleasant and recommendable stay.

Great place to stay

The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food.

Hotel rooms are old, worn out. Bathroom is also very old, difficult to regulate shower temps. But the worst is the noise in thr 12th floor all night.

The hotel room was huge with a mini fridge and huge bed. We booked a lake view and it was perfect- basically the whole of the front of the room was window and looked across the lake. It was lovely. The hotel is opposite a night club that did disturb us at the weekend.

Old and tired. No air conditioning and very hot. So noisy all night. Pool and spa are nice. Staff was lovely.

Hotel em processo de remodelação. Quartos espaçosos, café da manhã saboroso, atendimento extremamente cordial e prestativo. Localização excelente e a vista do quarto para o lago Nahuel Huapei é fantástica! Recomendo fortemente!

Good location in downtown Bariloche, nice rooms with lake view, good breakfast.

Exceptionally poor service but a very nice room. It is hard to believe this is a Marriott managed property. I wouldn’t recommend it especially for the very high price.
