Floors and couch had crumbs when we arrived to our riom

we got the room directly across the hall from the laundry. Too noisy.

Even though the rooms were clean, there were a lot of construction workers drinking alcohol on the property, which made me uncomfortable and it’s in a industrial area and that is not in the description or I wouldn’t never stayed

It was an alright stay, the highway makes it really loud at night, also the area around was kind of sketchy, people kept fighting, crying and making a bunch of noise outside in the evening. The facility itself is fine, the shower had good water pressure, it was clean and the room got pretty dark too which is nice.

I will be back whenever I visit Ventura county

The hotel is located in a good area, away from freeway traffic, but heaven forbid you disrupt the front desk staff in the morning while they are gossiping and doing their makeup.

The room smelled moulding and had a urine smell throughout the room. The over all room felt dirty.

Room was missing all but 1 lightbulb... door barely shut and was damaged... didnt shower because when we first turned it on the water was orange with chunks of dirt of something... tv was very damaged and had led spots out so bad it was almost unwatchable... staff was friendly and food was good. Location was perfect for our needs.

Parking lot was dirty and broken up. Shower was not good, bathroom to wall.

Convenient stopping for our trip north. Nice breakfast, didn't have to hunt for a breakfast restaurant.

We had reserved an accessible room, but one vertical grab bar at the shower/tub entrance was the only token.
