The room was dirty and smelled horrible. Told front desk they gave me air freshener but didn't help. Ran out of breakfast the second day we were there.

The staff was so incredibly friendly. Unfortunately you can hear everything from every surrounding room, even above you.

This hotel was fine for an overnight stay. The property is old and isn’t in the best shape but rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and my daughter loved the pool for a quick dip before we hit the road. All in all it’s a fine place for the price but don’t expect to be wowed here.

Pre-booked on-line for easy check-in. Staff is very pleasant and room was excellent. Excellent value. Note: no elevator for second floor rooms.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. Area was very close to restaurants, gas stations, a Walmart and the highway.

I stayed here with my son for a weekend, and while there were some positives, overall the stay was disappointing. The hallways from the front desk to our room had a very strong, unpleasant odor—a mix of heavy cleaner, smoke, and marijuana. The carpets were worn and the furniture in the room, including the sofa, was in poor condition. The hallways were also cluttered with cleaning carts, which made the place feel unorganized. Our room was missing curtains, leaving only the blackout drape. This meant that if we wanted natural light, we had to sacrifice privacy, which was especially uncomfortable since our room was on the first floor with people frequently passing by the balcony. On the positive side, I did appreciate the convenient access to the pool, the availability of clean pool towels, the good variety offered at breakfast, and the kindness of the front desk staff. With better maintenance and attention to detail, this property could offer a much better experience.

Staff was friendly and helped my family and I get 2 rooms next to each other. Quiet night was no issues! Room was clean and bed was comfy.

Breakfast was good, standard hot buffet options. Hotel has definitely seen better days, lots of stains on carpet in hallways and scuffs on walls. Room was clean and quiet on 2nd floor. This is a decent place for families due to being connected to Splash Lagoon but i wouldn't stay here again.
