Had to present passports for whole family for which I wasn’t prepared for as I haven’t been asked such thing long time. And one of the duvet covers was torn. Other than that excellent experience, very surprised how quiet it was considering it is in centre of London. Definitely recommended

We was looking for a cost effective place to stay to turn a Portland hospital trip the day after into something less rushed. We arrived an hour early and the hotel managed to let us get our key early to leave our bags. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was plenty big enough, very clean, fresh modern bathroom, tea/coffee and a tv. The bed was comfortable although only one pillow each. I asked at reception for two more and they happily grabbed me two fresh ones. We paid the very small amount extra for breakfast the next day. Not any hot food but pastries, cold meats, cereal, hot drinks and juices. Plenty to get the day started. The most important part is we would 100% come back here. Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Very well priced and close to Oxford street. Don’t overlook this place!

The hotel was very noisy early in the mornings, almost every morning it sounded like there was maintenance was going on. Some websites say there’s a gym, there is definitely no gym at this property.

We had a great experience in this hotel except we heard constantly the sound of running water in our room. The staff was lovely and friendly.

Very nice stay. Could have done with AC but knew it didn’t have it when booking, wouldn’t put me off booking again. Great location, and very accommodating

I was very impressed with this hotel. 2 friendly receptionists greeted me at check in. My room (48) was much bigger than I expected and was very clean and comfortable. I will be recommending my colleagues stay here when working in the area

Handy for Oxford Circus area, short walk behind BBC Centre at the top of Regent St. Simple and helpful check-in at 7:30pm when I arrive. Double room on top floor (5th), clean, modern, comfortable and tasteful room with ensuite. I had inclusive continental breakfast which is in the basement dining room area...plenty to choose from. Would definitely stay again if the price is right.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it's a perfect location for the Theatre district and China Town. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless. Nice and quiet at night despite central location. Lovely continental breakfast, which was kept well topped up. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to help us (thank you Nur!). The only possible drawback are the beds, which were a little springy/soft. Thankfully, I can sleep anywhere, but I mention it for others who require a high quality mattress to get a good night’s sleep. There is also a train that you can hear faintly at night. Again, I had no trouble sleeping but YMMV.

Clean room, kind staff, near to restaurants, It may be noisy for those who are sensitive to sound since the train line is close

A good value stay in Marylebone, room more spacious than I was expecting and was to a good standard. I was on the ground floor and could faintly hear the underground trains underneath the building, but then I’m not used to how busy and loud London can be.

The hotel is clean and well located. Like others have mentioned, you will hear the noise from the underground train (our room was in the 3rd floor). It didn’t bother us or prevented us from sleeping; it’s another noise in a busy city. We had a spacious room with a bunk bed that comfortably accommodated our family of 4, which for London standards was great.
