It was nice and clean and quiet

Okay for the price. Management was insultive to subordinate staff.

Bed was uncomfortable but the room was clean and quiet.

Wasn’t clean

The reception wanted to charge for early check-in, falsely accusing of having more people than reported, uper room was noisy sounded like children jumping on the bed.

Good price, felt good when I come back my 3rd time. I would come back again. Thanks. David.

Great stay!

The table was gross, the freezer needed defrosting, the floor was split, the vanity light didn't work, the microwave was a mess, and the front desk has never taken a check-in from a foreign visitor. There was no breakfast as advertised and pictured. I definitely feel that I was overcharged for this room.

Hotel needs complete renovation. Looks outdated and dirty and dingy. Hard to work television, so had to use personal phone. AC so old could not see labeling. Desk had to come turn on. Had to unplug to turn off. Will not be staying here again.

The staff is very friendly and are prompt whenever there’s something you need. The property and rooms are very well maintained.

Banning is not the safest area. Room was great only thing i can say is that it could have been cleaner dusted and it seems like the floors are not mopped every time but all in all it was a good stay
