I book for me and a guest i get there they say only one person can stay in a room. When i registered for two. No pool as i. Pic

The check out service was unprofessional very unprofessional

Staff at the counter was really nice.

Stay away! Homeless camps everywhere. People hollering at nothing or at you or at cars. Straight up didn’t wanna leave my car in the parking lot.

Manager wanted to charge extra 25 after booking and pay stays. It was late and we had to pay him directly after he make call hotels.com to cancel. Bad, really bad breakfast

The hotel was better then I was expecting. The room and bed sheets felt clean and over all was good, I was not disappointed with how hotel felt. Although for a smoke free building it certainly smelt like previous people had smoked in it. The real issue I had was the surprise $20 fee I was charged for booking through hotels.com instead of directly through them. I am not sure if I missed that detail when I was booking it, but was still an unexpected addition to what would have been a pretty cheap hotel stay.

I am not a fan of big cities, not a mark against this hotel specifically

Staff was great

They charge extra at the counter if you book through a 3rd party service. The free "breakfast" was just old donuts that were rock hard as well as hot milk and stale cereal. There was no toaster, no cooler to keep anything cold. Almost forgot... There was one rotten banana if you were feeling adventurous. Don't stay here. Even if there are no other vacancies. Horrible experience.

Just very expensive for regular things. Snacks overpriced. Air conditioner needs updating. Not enough plug outlets

No hot water, bath sink clogging and breakfast only cereal and toast and charge me $20 for staying

The hotel management was very good. They were extremely competent, thoughtful, and helpful.

Beware/Be careful. This hotel will charge you 15.99 a night in extra charges because you booked with a 3rd party. When Expedia calls them to ask about it they will tell Expedia that it’s “service fees/room upgrade.”

The property manager asked me to pay $16 (other than $50 for the deposit) and he said it is because I booked through Expedia rather than Wyndham!!! Later when the Expedia agent contacted him, he told him that the fee was for late check-in. He literally lied either to me or to the agent!

I found it very strange. I didn’t have a telephone in my room.

Inexpensive and easy check in / out. Would go again!

We had a pleasant stay and the beds are comfortable beauty rest plush 😴

They were very accommodating and understanding of my situation and worked with me I will definitely be staying here anytime I’m in Plano. Thank you

Sonny and Mark were very welcoming and accommodating. There's also a continental breakfast. The pillows were amazing!
