We enjoyed our brief stay at this property. Beautiful room, excellent complementary breakfast in morning. On site restaurant was one of the best meals we had! Conveniently located to trevi fountain, Spanish steps, restaurants, and shopping. Colosseum, Vatican/St.Peters required a taxi.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The complementary breakfast was an absolute highlight! The staff are attentive and kind. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

Our overall first stay at La Residenza was very good for the price we paid. Walking distance to shopping,transportation, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.I am comfortable to stay since its only a block away from US Embassy. Thanks to Dorothy always takes care of our breakfast,very nice lady.Vincent and Judy are very nice always give me safety and good tips how to navigate the city of Rome. I hope they have vending machine so the guest can have access to cold drinks

We have stayed here several times and keep coming back because it is a lovely boutique stay. Excellent location, relatively quiet while being near all the incredible sites and everything you need. Great staff and rooms. Definitely recommend and will return.

This is a very comfortable hotel. The spacious -- for Rome -- rooms were cooled silently with excellent mini-split units. Everything was impeccably clean and the bed linens were high quality. The shower was a good size and had ample water pressure. The staff was efficient and helpful. The breakfast is good although the breakfast room is a bit too warm during this summer's record heat. Overall, I would stay here again with no hesitation whatsoever.

Great location. great restaurant and nice shops and restaurants nearby. Only negative was the trash pickup every morning - for hotel next door. If you can ask for a room where the window doesn’t face the street this might be an option if you are noise sensitive. Breakfast was nice too.

Stayed here for two nights after a cruise. Chose the location because it was within walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Nice neighborhood with many shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was well appointed (the croissant were excellent). Room was spacious and the A/C worked very well. We would stay here again.

Excellent stay and staff. Amazing breakfast and their restaurant was a great dining option. It is very hard for cars to drop off and pick up in the street where it's located. Other than that, i would highly recommend.

Everything and everyone exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel La Residenza. Tge room was large and comfortable to accommodate a party of three. An easy walk to restaurants and to pick up hop on/off buses. Architecture and design of hotel was very historic and pleasing to the eye. Breakfast was great with many options available. Our stay in Rome was enhanced by our stay at Hotel La Residenza. Grazie.

The hotel was very nice. Extremely accommodating and the breakfast was fantastic. As was most of the staff. The restaurant was mediocre compared to the other places in the city we are at. We would definitely stay again if we ever return to Rome.

We travel to Italy frequently for business. Hotel La Residenza provides the comfort and quiet we seek on our trips plus reliable WIFI, A/C and a generous breakfast with many options. There is also an on-site restaurant where hotel guests can enjoy a discount. Our king-size bed was very comfortable (rare these days), and the bathroom and show are large. Bonus: the amenities offered included body cream which is rare these days. My only criticism is that this hotel should offer a complimentary bottle of welcome water per person and not charge. It is a welcome detail especially since Rome sizzles in the summer! I would stay here again. The hotel is close to the Borghese Gardens and other attractions but not in a crowded area. Nice!

Spacy rooms, great restaurant with wonderful chef, eloquent breakfast buffet. The only concern is having stairs to the hotel main entrance so you won't want to travel with heavy luggages. Public parking available 2 blocks away. The location is walkable to Spanish stairs, villa Borghese. We enjoyed the stay a lot!

Property was clean and fresh, will definitely recommend and I would stay agian!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast (which is included) was delicious. Our room was quiet and very comfortable and the bathrooms are perfect. It was walkable to anything we wanted to see in the city - we loved it!

The place was good,breakfast was excellent. But we are no able to sleep because the noise,it was like a airplane take off.
