We were in late and out early. Wi-fi wouldn’t hook up with my phone but it did on my wife’s phone. The power on the tv went on but no sound or picture (red light went on but that’s all)
Because it was a quick in and out (mostly sleep and shower) no point in complaining. We have been to Linden Row many times in the past before COVID but we left with a sour impression this time

We loved everything about our stay from the room to the front desk staff.
The best part of the stay, however, was the chief social officer and senior mouser Annabelle.
Such a friendly and sociable lobby cat made the stay exceptional.

Everything related to the hotel was awesome. Very old and charming building, I could stay there for years. No laundry or parking on site though. Only thing that was irritating was panhandling in the area, not that it’s the hotel’s fault.

I stayed with my service animal and they charge me fee after checkout without letting me know. I feel discriminated when I arrived at check-in I advise and showed service animal credentials.

Old charm accommodations. Neat old converted row house hotel. Quiet and clean! Easily walkable to downtown Richmond. Enjoyed our stay here.

Comfortable but low in amenities. No food available on premises, not even a spoon or a glass. Bare bones TV options. Nice lounge area with art gallery and outdoor seating.

Unique property with a lot of historic character! Really enjoyed having a parlor suite. Room was absolutely huge with high ceilings and antique furniture/artwork. Nice modern bathroom. Courtyard was a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine at night. Quiet for being in the middle of the city.

Quaint and quirky. Loved it. Staff is universally outstanding, ready with recommendations and smart warnings on parking signs (pay attention!). But prepare for uneven walking surfaces if you have trouble traversing those areas.

Historical ambience, clean bedding. Has a story of Edgar Allan Poe and there's a black cat that reminds us of Poe's short story, but unlike the story, it's far from grim and dark!
