I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were friendly and supportive, and I would especially like to thank Arnil, a trainee, for his excellent assistance during checkout. I’m not entirely sure if I spelled his name correctly, but I hope he can be given recognition for his great service. I also truly appreciated the well-organized elevator system and the strong security measures, which added to my overall comfort and peace of mind. There were a few areas that could be improved. The room doors tended to slam loudly when closing, which became disruptive when other guests didn’t close them carefully. I also hoped for a more favorable rate considering the length of my stay. Additionally, the TV system could be updated to include a clearer channel list and a wider variety of channels, including more dubbed and subtitled options. The in-room dining service shown on the TV menu also needs updating to reflect current offerings and provide a more accurate and convenient experience for guests. Overall, thank you for the warm hospitality. I genuinely appreciated my stay and am grateful for the efforts of your team. I look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.

Hôtel très bien décoré et confortable. Service d'accueil très gentil. Chambre très fonctionnelle. L'emplacement est idéal au pied de l'arche. Petit déjeuner conforme à nos attentes pour un 4 êtoiles. No refilling of tissue box in bathroom and no slippers were avaliable.

Poor staff response to coldness of room despite air-con being attended to by engineer. I was wearing 3 sets of blouses that included 2 layers of 100% cashmere. Offered only 2 duvet blankets which didn’t help. Staff initially offered small heater but later say not enough heaters. I got the heater only on my third night. Poor follow up of 2 blouses left behind in my room. No reply to email to remind the staff to keep for me when coach bus returns. Very disappointed at service standards by this hotel with reputable branding ! Location ok, cleanliness ok but bad service standards.

Pricey but picked for location to Paris La Defense Arena for a concert. Breakfast was good quality, room was comfortable. Would stay here again for a concert but prices seem inflated when there’s an event on.

The staff was friendly & helpful, the property was cleaned, & my family enjoyed daily breakfast buffet.

No car is required when you stay here. Was such easy/safe walking to work and any amenities are right around the corner at Westfield. Staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Quick walk to the metro line one.

Perfect location if you are going to see a concert 🎶 at La Defense Arena ..We went see Chris Brown.. hotel is little roundabout.. but it is close to the mall and nice shopping spots.

There was a misunderstanding with housekeeping. But other than that our visit was amazing. Staff were very helpful and location was perfect.

Is a modern hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is just right as compared to city center rooms are relative small. The bathroom is big. Good spread of breakfast. Walkable to The Defense Station which consist the varous mode of transports (Metro, RER and Bus). Nearby there are the Westfield CNIT & Les 4 Temps shopping malls with lots of eateries. Overall is a good hotel. If the rooms are brightly lighted & bathtub has antislip mat, that would be perfect.

The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet, we thought it was a little expensive (27 euros). Overall, it is a nice hotel with good value for your money.
