It was ok nothing great the staff was super nice

Manager on duty the night we checked in was extremely helpful. We had good stay and good breakfast.

Great weather and we were on our way to explore Newport. Checked in at the hotel and the front desk staff was very pleasant and welcoming. We liked the experience so far. Being closer to the highway we were initially worried about the noise but it did not bother us at all. The problem we felt was was the room was very small - not enough for a family of 4 with all the suitcases etc. We didn't like the bathroom either. We hate the sliding door with no locks as is the case with many other Hampton Inns. The breakfast counter was also crammed and it appeared like the general theme with this place.

It's clean

The room looked clean enough upon arrival but there were hairs in the bed and a lot of hairs in the shower as though it hadn’t been cleaned.

The front desk customer service was very nice—we were greeted warmly upon arrival. The breakfast was also good and enjoyable. However, my only concern was the smell in the room. It had an unpleasant odor, like dirty linens, which made it difficult for me to sleep.

We needed a place to stay near our family and this hotel filled the bill.

Bathroom did not appear to have been clean. Could see crud around safety shower handrail

I travelled with my son and husband to visit family who lives in the area. Parking was ample. We were greeted with a friendly smile after the host took care of busy on the phone. When we arrived, the phone continuously ring and the the lobby was busy. With so much going on, the host continued be be kind and welcoming. The room was okay. The room looked as if may need some updates in regards to the tub/shower (water pressure low because shower and tub water run at same time), small chunk of bathroom door missing, and AC grill was broken. The location of the hotel is good. The staff was kind and patient with my son. This is the most important factor for me. Breakfast was well attended ( I cannot eat due to a specialized diet). The hotel is a bit expensive but maybe due to location. Again, great location! Jay

Clean and easy to locate

Booked a non smoking room which smelled of pot. People in and out slamming doors all night. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Hampton I’ve ever been to.

The reception lady that did our check in was very professional, friendly

I had an incredible stay. The staff was amazing and helpful. The facility was clean in every area that I visited, including the pool and hot tub. I have zero complaints.
