I had a great experience at INNSiDE Barcelona Apolo. The hotel itself was beautiful — the rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was truly outstanding; every staff member I encountered was kind, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was lovely, and overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. That said, I want to share one small observation. I’m someone who likes to go for early morning walks or grab coffee nearby, and I did feel a little uncomfortable in the few blocks directly surrounding the hotel. It wasn’t unsafe, but it didn’t feel quite as welcoming as I expected, especially compared to the rest of Barcelona. However, once I walked about 10–15 minutes, I reached the lively, central area of La Rambla and felt completely at ease. Despite that, I can’t say enough good things about the hotel itself. It’s a wonderful place to stay, and I’m glad I chose it.

Steps away from the Gothic Quarter and 8 minutes away from the cruise port. Made for a perfect pre-embarkation adventure. The staff is incredibly accomodating and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and clean. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic stuff, super clean and super spacious

I was not a fan of this property. The staff was friendly and pleasant. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. The location is ok however, do not expect a good nights rest. The walls are paper thin - from hearing your neighbour blow there nose to flushing the toilet. You can hear everything in the hallway. There must be something wrong with what I assume is the piping because you would hear the loudest metal banging noise around 11 pm for a good 45 minutes. Finally, it is situated on a fairly busy street so you could hear everything happening outside all day and night.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Sandra was incredibly helpful—she assisted us in resolving our eSIM issue, which made a big difference to our trip. The staff overall were very friendly and thoughtful, even checking in about our plans for the next day's visit. The room was simple yet elegant, spotlessly clean, and the pillows were especially comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near major attractions, making it easy to explore the area. We will definitely come again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Beautiful hotel and super friendly staff

The hotel was clean and the staff was both friendly and professional. It was located in the most convenient area of Barcelona for both walking and taking the the Metro...the Metro stop being steps away from the front doors of the hotel. There were also many eateries close to the hotel. We would definitely consider this hotel for a return trip to Barcelona.

We loved that you could check in and check out online to save waiting in the queues. The room was triple townhouse divided into two separate sleeping areas so perfect for families. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great, we enjoyed our stay.

We loved the space in the one room. It was perfect for parents and a teenager to have a little distance. The breakfast was fantastic. The location was just so so not terrible but not fantastic either you’re just OK. I would stay there again though.

Good stay, excellent reception staff, extremely helpful. Good location. Great breakfast, great shower, comfy bed, although I found pillows uncomfortable. Liked the hotel a lot and would definitely stay here again. Its very handy for the cruise terminal, not far from the Ramblas, and near a metro station too. My only complaints were, we stayed in March and the air conditioning was not working and room was far too warm. Also felt the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.

The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE! Best I have ever had in a hotel and I have travelled extensively. However, the room was very warm with no way to cool it down. The staff was not helpful in this case. Location was good with the metro right outside.
