Stayed here 07/10 - 08/11 2025 The hotel is perfect as an overnight hotel for a couple of nights. The hotel is of an older model, but clean and fresh. Nice and helpful staff at the reception. 3 minutes' walk to the hospital. Pros: Quick check-in/check-out. Customer-centric at the reception. Clean and fresh space. Clean room. Pool, fenced. Local transport right outside the door. Quiet rooms. Good food in the restaurant. 20 minutes from Normandy. Free parking. 6 bed hardness (see below*). 5 value for money (see below**) Cons: Rooms with a slightly older standard. Major roads around the hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff, quiet atmosphere, and good location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is nicely spaced away from busier parts of town and the tram fare is very low if needing to go shopping or out for dinner. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough for our group. Amazing water pressure for the shower and the lack of a bathtub was a plus for us. Did not use the outdoor pool ourselves but plenty others did during our stay. Overall the only issue is the lack of temperature control. When informed of this the receptionist offered to bring a fan to our room rather than try to fix the air control but neither technician nor fan ever arrived.

Every time I come back to this hotel, I am disappointed. Came into the room, and it smelled like dust. Seems like the hoover bag was full when the room was being cleaned. There were pretzels and crumbs under the bed. Hygiene is the most important thing in a hotel... honestly disappointed. It's also unfortunate that there are only paper cups in the room. Why not use real ceramic cups? And also - there are no coffee machines in the rooms, unfortunately.

The room was tiny for a family of 4 the Aircon didn't work so it was too hot to sleep in the room. They didn't fix it or offered somethyin replace. Worst experience we had in a hotel
