Close tonthe airport, easy check-in, free upgrade, friendly staff. Overall, a great one night stay!

Love the pool area, airport transportation was great, the late check out, and the warm cookies

Hotel over all is good. But i did not like the service at breakfast the server looks kind of upset for some reason.

Everything was perfect

We arrived to stay the day after our cruise. Upon arriving several hours early, we were able to get checked in and immediately felt at home. The amenities were great, and the only downside was the weather. I will definitely consider this property as a place to stay next time I am in Orlando.

Great place to stay

It was a nice stay, room was clean, lots of restaurants literally up the road. I only stayed over night to sleep. Nothing more. Staff was nice and helpful at finding a place to eat. Will stay again

The only thing I had a problem with is the air condition said it was at 60 degrees but it was hot in my room it did not get cold at all

Check in staff was excellent

Got into Orlando Airport close to 1am off our flight. Had to wait 45 minutes for airport transfer due to front desk woman assuming I was someone who had already called and told me the wrong location for pick up. When we got to the hotel, she said “good morning” and then just stood there. I assumed she would need my ID and credit card, so I pulled those out and she grabbed them from me. Not much of a greeting and no instruction for what she needed from me. Bed was fine, shower was dingy, but overall an ok stay for 6 hours of sleep.

Restaurant and bar

Front desk staff was exceptional earned a five star google review and highest recommendation. Hostess /server Kat provided exceptional customer service at the landings restaurant and went above and beyond to assure my wife snd is visit was a relaxing success!

Just be aware there is $20 parking fee. Other then that it’s a great place

Airport transportation to the hotel was easy. Staff was professional and polite. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely return.

Fridge in room not cleaned or checked for sauce pot left there and pieces of lettuce on door shelf.
