The rooms were comfortable and clean. We stayed one night to attend a concert. The location was convenient with easy access to the Frost Bank Center.

Close to the Market Square. We walked one night.

A fine place to stay for the price but if you don’t like noise or want to sleep avoid the rooms that face the courtyard and pool. People are out there all hours making noise, apparently clueless. Parking is less than other comparable hotels nearby, but should be free. And this is more of an industry wide issue but water, snacks, food, etc are at price gouge levels. Makes the whole thing feel cheap and scammy. Hotel chains: imagine not doing that …

The hotel was ok. The room was very clean and the staff was great. There was no free breakfast, but it’s still a great place to stay.

No complimentary coffee with breakfast. Staff in breakfast area not too nice. Dirty bathrooms. No mats in bathtub. Unsafe. Hubby slipped.

Other than the street n building construction nearby, the hotel was quite n peaceful n everything seemed fairly well maintained.

Great love it

This was a nice hotel to stay in. Yes, there was some early morning noise due to construction, but overall it was better. The only thing is that due to construction, it was hard to navigate and get on the correct road while driving. It could have been because I am unfamiliar with the area but other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Marriott has taken minimalism too far in this Courtyard at least. It was not comfortable.
