Here’s a clear, direct, and honest way you could phrase your hotel review: ⸻ Title: Unprofessional Staff and Unacceptable Presidential Suite Experience I recently stayed at the Graduate Hotel in Annapolis and was extremely disappointed by both the condition of the room and the unprofessionalism of the hotel’s management. We rented the presidential suite expecting a comfortable, well-appointed space. Instead, we walked into a room filled with issues from the moment we arrived. There was dog hair all over the sofa, the sofa bed was broken and unusable, and the outdoor furniture was worn and ripped. To make matters worse, the suite smelled strongly of smoke — a huge letdown in a non-smoking hotel — and when we asked for additional glasses, we were told they couldn’t provide any. The service was just as poor as the accommodations. I called the hotel 10 times to speak directly with the manager and never received a return phone call. When I escalated it to corporate Hilton, their representative called the hotel, and the manager refused to speak with them. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience from a hotel that purports to be upscale. I would not stay here again and certainly do not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel in Annapolis.

We had a great stay. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Quaint little town.

The welcome was amazing but all interaction with the desk after that was a study on how not to treat guests. Nobody ever looked up even when standing in front of them for five minutes with nobody at the desk. They should not be working in hospitality. The valets guys were all amazing and friendly an average hotel with some terrible front desk manors.

Gorgeous hotel, great staff and in a brilliant spot. Annapolis is beautiful. Would stay again.

Hotel was ok. I was expecting upgraded accommodations but it was fine for an overnight stay.

Really enjoyed our recent stay. Property is in a great location. Lots of shopping and dining within a short walk. Loved the decor. Nautical theme is spot on! Hotel was spotless and beds were so comfortable. Rooms are generously sized, bathrooms too. Didn’t dine in, so can’t speak to that. Would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Annapolis, walkable to everything

The Graduate is a favorite of mine when visiting Annapolis, convenient walk to restaurants shops and downtown Annapolis. Easy parking on site. Friendly staff and nice rooms with decor of The United States Naval Academy.

the staff was not very experienced. Explanations were limited. The gate to the guest parking lot was broken as some one ran into it . The crazy way to get the elevator to move up or down was so inconvenient. Decor was enough to make you seasick.

Our family has been coming to Annapolis for several generations. This trip may have been the best I can remember.

Second time staying here. Hotel is beautiful. This time we were staying for 2 nights and the first night, the room smelled of mold or mildew as soon as I opened the door. Not sure what was going on, but I called the front desk in the am. They happily accommodated our request to be moved. We were moved to a beautiful corner room that overlooked trees and the Main Street. No smell and the rest of the stay was amazing. I would love to see them update the bathroom with a shower with glass doors. Then, it’s perfect! Great location also.

We stayed in one of the 2 BDRM apartments and it was perfect for the 4 of us. We were a 15 minute walk to our family reunion and the neighborhood seemed safe, lots of people out walking their dogs, etc. The apartment was clean and very nicely furnished. We had a nice living room area where we could relax. We didn’t prepare any meals there, but with a full kitchen we could have. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin was easy. The only confusing thing was the gate to the parking area, we couldn’t figure out where to use the electronic parking pass. After struggling for a few minutes, the front desk staff called me to see what was wrong, and they even sent someone out to make sure we got in ok. Overall, a great experience. Considering there were 4 of us, the room’s rate was quite reasonable.
