My family and I just spent 3 days in Vienna. The hotel was brand new, beautiful, modern, at a great price. We had the most amazing stay. The service was good, staff was very helpful and always here to help. The rooms were amazing. We had a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and immaculate.The staff especially Janos have been so accommodating to meet my needs. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Excellent morning buffet breakfast

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The main building is lovely, the pool and sauna complex is great, but the design of the rooms with a long bed and dining area with a banquette is the best I’ve ever seen in a regular sized hotel room.

Great property, clean, staff were polite and friendly. Pool was kind of small and crowded. Couldn’t go at times. Also a small distance away from the city centre either a walk, taxi or tram is needed. Nice quiet area, but would recommend staying closer to attractions like the Hofberg and central museums. Great for the price and last minute get away which is what it was for us.

We loved our stay and the receptionists were so welcoming and did everything they could to make us feel comfort. Spacious room and everything just smell so lovely. My boys loved spending time in their pool too.

Absolutely fantastic - staff were super friendly and went the extra mile for my dogs which was appreciated! Will definitely stay again!

Unlike the exterior design of the building, the interior was beautiful. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The only minus is the quality of the bed : pillow, mattress not firm enough.

Unacceptable Lack of Professionalism and Transparency We stayed at imperial royal academy in December and had an unacceptable experience with their handling of charges and refunds. We provided our card for room service charges, but instead of the correct €103 charge, the hotel incorrectly charged us €992.42 What’s most alarming is that instead of correcting the mistake immediately, they only acknowledged it when we noticed and contacted them. They assured us that the refund would be processed within 14 days, but after the deadline passed, we had received nothing. When we followed up, they claimed they had made “another mistake” and that we had to wait another 14 days. Now, after yet another missed deadline, they still have not returned the money and are refusing to provide any proof of the refund process. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and transparency, raising concerns about the reliability of their payment system. I expect an immediate response from management and a final resolution to this issue.

Wonderful staff and facilities. The bed was super comfortable and the room and en-suite were spotless. The spa facilities sauna/steam room/pool were fabulous and we didn’t realise that there was a steam room and plunge pool too! Would definitely stay here again
