Carmen was very friendly, completely satisfied Breakfast was great too I will stay in this brand of hotel again.

The gentleman of the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. So was the breakfast staff. Choice of breakfast was very good quality and variety. A public car park is very near the hotel, with the hotel offering a discount coupon. Castellón is safe and lovely city to stay in. Inhabitants are very helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I will book here again on my next trip to Castellon.

The property is located at the center of activities, events, and within a short walk to the good restaurants and high end stores. The facility was very clean, well managed, and the staff were very pleasant, very professional, and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and with many choices.

Parking could ha e been a problem, found a garage

My only complain about this hotel was that our heater in the room was not working properly and we were cold throughout the whole night:( If it wasn’t because of that I would of gave 10 out of 10

I love the staff here. Great location and easy to get to everywhere. The only thing missing is a swimming pool

The location of the nh Mindoro is just within the old city and shopping district. Lots to see, places to eat and very walkable. The front desk was extremely helpful.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. They provided great recommendations for places to eat and took care of organising transport for us ahead of our arrival and on departure. Regarding the hotel itself, the rooms were showing their age, our shower was broken and the air conditioning in the hotel was inadequate.

Fantastic place to stay for Benicassim festival, 15 min walk from festival bus or also bus available from hotel. Cheap to get to beach from bus stop around the corner and friendly, helpful staff. Great stay in a lovely town!

I moved from another hotel to stay at this one and I was disappointed. The Jr Suite I was in looked like it hadn’t been touched since 1990. No plugs, old furniture, peeling wallpaper. The bed was barely comfortable and A/C was not cool at all. It was relatively clean but that was about it.
