I loved the mirrors and how it was open concept super nice I loved will be back for surw

My door wouldn't open with my key so I walked 4 hallways from my room to the desk got it reprogrammed walked 4 halls back.. still don't work.. wife takes the keys back he comes with her and cannot get my door to work.. i suggested moving me they said no if you need to get in come get someone from the desk🙄 how inconvenient.. then i need a cot cause my kids don't want to sleep together in a double bed( I assumed they were queen) but apparently its against fire code to put a 3rd bed in this specific room even though it would have fit between the other 2 beds.. NOT HELPFUL AT ALLLLL... I CAN'T EVEN LOCK MY DOOR WITHOUT HAVING TO WALK 4 BLOCKS TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET LET IN MY ROOOOMMMM WHAT IN THE ACTUAL @*$< PEOPLE 🙄

Since last August 2024, we’ve been there seven times it’s amazing so relaxing so affordable. As the bonus life show on Friday and Saturday night is amazing.

Our stay was great and we will be back. An area of improvement would be the beds since mine was caving in.

This place is wonderful except for the creaking floors above. If the person above is walking then the floors are creaking and for us that was all night long. Get a top floor room and all will be well.

Bed comfort

Gave me an upstairs room when I needed a down stairs for too disabled people, my room had a view to the lower roof of the building which had the cooling system on it and was very noisy. Pool was never cleaned never inforced people to come out to pee! Cloudy stinky water! Staff never offered us a dolly to send out luggage we had to take everything in our hands to the 3rd floor! Overall this hotel gets 3/10 only thing I liked was the comfy bed I guess. Please do better! I actually want a refund!

We stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which is why we decided to come back this time with a larger group. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. Throughout the weekend, the pool staff repeatedly approached our group asking for our room numbers and names, claiming it was due to people sneaking in. While we understand the need for hotel security, it felt excessive and one sided. We were told multiple times that we could eat outside the pool area, even though others were doing the exact same thing without being questioned. It left us feeling singled out and, quite honestly, targeted. The staff did not approach any of the other guests in the same way, and the constant interruptions made it hard to enjoy our time. We came back expecting the same welcoming experience as before, but sadly, this visit didn’t meet those expectations.

Check in experience was the worst. Extremely rude guy at the desk. Charged me $25 for outdoor no-security parking. He basically said it was a mandatory charge and I shouldn’t complain since I booked at a low rate through Orbitz. Although I booked garden view terrace, he gave me a parking lot view room. The room was very outdated. Uncomfortable sinking bed and a very loud wall unit AC kept me all night. Low shower pressure too. The property seriously needs updating. It’s a tired old hotel.

Nice resort to hangout poolside with the family.

Second time staying here, and it’s historic (built by Ricky and Lucille Ball), quiet, and clean. They have a lounge that has entertainment, but I haven’t been able to see a show there yet. The only thing I don’t like is their beds. They’re ok but too soft for me.

Staff was friendly. Room is outdated. Bed was lopsided due to splitting the king up to make 2 full beds im sure. Was decent price overall. Nice quick getaway. Breakfast separate. Parking overpriced. Even on a slow week

It was a fun crowd and the pool was a blast.

Everything was good love the atmosphere and the management was very kind and respectful They treated me well and was understanding of my needs I would always stay here
