Bummed that the hot tub was out of service. Hotel was clean and breakfast was great. Noise level from road traffic was horrible on Saturday night.

Difficult parking, had to wait for staff to buzz me in at check in because the main entrance was locked. There was pieces of hair in multiple areas in the shower.

The breakfast was good. The hotel was quiet and clean.

I was surprised this one a 3 star - should have been 2.. Our bathroom had quite a bit of hair in it and the hot tub was closed down. Bed was great and comfy!

Pool seems a tad small. But everything is clean and not on a bad part of town.

The room smelled bad the whole time and it was hard to keep the temp the same on both sides of the room we got. The money we paid was definitely not worth what we got and if i would have known better i would have choose somewhere else. Plus my whole family got sick staying there as well. Pretty sure it was because of the room not being cleaned or disinfectant adequately.

Front Staff was excellent & immediately resolved our water issue. Room could have been cleaner in the not so obvious places.

Reasonable rates and easy access from the airport. They do need to upgrade the elevators. They weren’t working as well as they could.

The outside window was broken letting in lots of road noise.

This hotel has been renovated and is quite nice. The bathtub drains well, however, toilet a little sluggish when flushing. Breakfast was good and was in a good location for my business. Didn't use the pool or fitness room.

Staff was fabulous! The hotel itself was in good condition, both in cleanliness and upkeep. Our room is where we had issues. There was no happy medium for temperature. When we arrived the room was incredibly warm but the hear was not running. We had to turn on the A/C to cool it down. Then the game began for 2 days of flipping the heat on to putting the A/C on. It didn't matter what tempnwe experimented with or fan speed we all wound up either too hot or too cold. Which was aggrevating because we were there for our son to get surgery. Then my wife pointed out the missed splatter across the bathroom door and frame that made us question how clean things really were in the bathroom overall. Aside from thay everything was great.
