Had a few issues. Remote for tv didn’t work so had to move to another room. Only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. No hand towels or wash cloths. Bedside light did not work. No napkins in the dining area at breakfast. We didn’t make a fuss but will not stay there again.

This hotel left much to desire. Third floor, where our room was, was not that great, friends stayed in second floor and their room was much nicer and updated. Could use an update but stay was ok.

I got one of the remodeled rooms on the second floor. It was very nice and clean. I did not have a remote when I arrived, but the staff quickly got me a new one. This is not a luxury resort, but is a comfortable room for a good price. I stay here twice a year when I need to be in Denton.

Bed springs were broken on one side. Had to stuff towels under mattress to level it out and not fall out of bed. Not enough extra wash cloths and had towels for 2 people. Only enough coffee for 1 cup. Sitting chair needs cushion. Too low to sit in comfortably.

While conveniently located, this property is rundown. The comforter cover on the bed in our room had multiple stain spots. Since w stayed 2 nights, we did not receive maid service; however, when we returned from activities on the second day, our room was open. Someone had entered the room, but it was not maid service. Breakfast was sparse and not maintained until stated closing.

I like it was close to where my destination was. Dislike the bed was not a queen it was a full, false advertisement. The toliet didn’t flush properly. Fridge didn’t stay cool. The ac was loud and rattling. Everything was stained. Employees didn’t want to give towels or wash rags. Ice machine and vending machines were pos. Parking was little space had to park in the grass. Extremely hot in the building. Breakfast was undercooked. Workers were rude. Wasn’t quality. I’m highly irritated and wish I got a refund.

The hotel pictures were not what was in real life. You walked in and it smelled horrible. The elevator was janky so we took the stairs. We had 3 people reserved and for some reason only had two towels, that had stains. The bed sheets/covers had stains on them. Absolutely disgusting. The toilet had a poop stain when we checked in. The next morning we asked for fresh towels and the receptionist seemed aggravated that we wanted fresh towels preferably with no stains. Will never be staying here again.

When checking in I told the front desk that I was traveling with a service dog. She immediately asked what it was for, which is illegal, but I explained to her that I have a pacemaker and other heart issues that she helps to alert on. She requested to see her papers, which I provided. She then called the manager, who said that we had to pay a $100 CASH deposit for possible room damages because we have a service dog. They did say this would be returned if they deemed the room “not damaged”. However, this is incredibly illegal and when I told them that they back tracked and said that everyone checking in had to pay the $100 deposit. Luckily some of the people we were traveling with had just checked in ahead of us and stood up to say they paid no such fee. I then requested to speak to the manager myself (via phone). I told her that we did not have $100 cash and that we were not going to use their ATM to draw out $100 cash for my service animal to stay. After some back and forth she said that the fee was in fact for having “the dog” but that they would wave it this time. She followed this up by saying that if my “dog barked all night long or disturbed other customers stays” that we would be “asked to leave immediately”. I told her if my dog barked even once I would sleep in my car. When we finally got into the room after all of this the sheets were stained, carpets were dirty, and there was even a pair of random socks on the floor. We notified the front desk (they did nothing).

Rooms are incredibly small and not arranged very efficiently. If you need to use the sink, it’s best to keep the bathroom door opened. Definitely not enough plugs for a family. On the positive, nice and clean, cool room, excellent shower.

I didn’t appreciate the harassment I received for having a service animal. She had to call her boss so if you do have a service animal, I wouldn’t stay there.
