Good location, but lots of noise at night.

Great location but very old building and rooms. Room looked onto interior atrium of building which is dirty and has bright lighting all night long. Room layout is awkward. Carpet appears to be original. Bedding is lumpy and uncomfortable. I would pass on this hotel if you have other options.

Staff were courteous, room was clean...thermostat did not function to control heat. Room remained below 20C/68F. Will be back. I have stayed at the Bedford since 1991.

room cleaning not consistent. our room was cleaned once and we exchanged towels one other day because it was too late for cleaning our room .

Grrat staff and clean room, loved the big shower with the dual shower heads. Also the upgraded my room to deluxe for free which was greatly appreciated

Nice clean room. Great location. Nice amenities. Shower was only warm for about 2 minutes then was freezing cold so that sucked. I just needed a place to crash for the night so i really didnt care but if i had kids i may consider somewhere else

Great location, room was clean and well maintained and price was on point

Room was clean, staff were friendly. They allowed me to check-in early and gave me an upgrade. The location is right at the centre of all the action. Restaurants, bars, shops. There was a lot of city noise though. Vehicles, construction, drunk people late at night. Im used to sounds of a big city so I wasnt bothered but it might not be for everyone.

The location is perfect. The room could use some updating, chipping paint, broken missing tiles in.bathroom.

It was ok. The room was cold and could have been a little cleaner. The bathroom has no sink. There is a sink on the kitchenette but it’s a bit of a strange set up. The room could also do with a proper mirror the only one in there is a tiny circular mirror in the kitchenette that you have to lean in over the counter to use. The room we had is surrounded by very loud pubs that are open till late so it was very noisy if you are a light sleeper. On a plus side the room had 3 hair dryers, so had I have found myself with wet hair that needed drying in a hurry, I’d of been well equipped.
